Various massage techniques such as Shiatsu, Swedish, Deep Tissue, Prenatal & Post natal, Ortho-Bionomy, and Reflexology will be integrated in 60 or 90 minutes session.

SWEDISH
The most common of massages, to relax the entire body by rubbing the muscles with long gliding strokes in the direction of blood returning to the heart. It is exceptional for increasing the level of oxygen in the blood, decreasing muscle toxins, improving circulation and flexibility while easing tension.

DEEP TISSUE
Similar to Swedish but is used to target knots and release chronic muscle tension. Other benefits include reducing inflammation and helping to eliminate scar tissue. This is great for rehabilitation after injuries for chronic issues or keeping in shape.

SHIATSU/ACUPRESSURE
A deep, finger-pressure technique using the traditional acupuncture points of Asian healing. Works to unblock energy flows and restore balance to meridians and organs.​

LYMPHATIC DRAINAGE
A form of gentle massage that encourages the movement of lymph fluids around the body. The fluid in the lymphatic system helps remove waste and toxins from the bodily tissues. Some health conditions can cause lymph fluid to build up.

PRE-NATAL & POST-NATAL MASSAGE
​During pregnancy offers undeniable physical benefits. Masayo will work to relieve the normal discomforts experienced during and after pregnancy, such as backaches, neck pain, leg cramps, headaches, joint pain, carpal tunnel and edema.

THERAPEUTIC MASSAGE:

  • 60 minutes: $140, *Discount Package: $ 600 for 5 visits ($120 per visit), purchase available after the initial visit

  • 90 minutes: $170, *Discount Package: $ 750 for 5 visits ($150 per visit), purchase available after the initial visit

  • Acupuncture (80-90 minutes)+ Massage therapy (30 minutes): $190 (110-120 minutes) for the initial visit (including the initial fee of $30). Follow-up visit: $160

  • Facial acupuncture (80-90 minutes)+ Massage therapy (30 minutes): $210 (110-120 minutes) for the initial visit (including the initial fee of $30), follow-up visit: $180
